MARKETPLACE & LOGISTICS MANAGER
Role Description
As our Marketplace and Logistics Manager you will be a key player in our operations, overseeing our marketplaces and handling all the tasks involved in the process. Elodie is in an early phase of a journey to expand our marketplace presence globally, and part of this opportunity will be to identify and implement new opportunities.
The position requires a mix of marketplace expertise, supply chain understanding, and strong analytical skills. Your main responsibility will be for marketplace sales performance, managing product listings, coordinating shipping, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. But you will also be part of the operational team and handle other data and logistics related tasks. This is a full-time position based at our Headquarter in central Stockholm, where you will be reporting to our Head of Operations and Logistics.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Overall responsibility for sales performance on our marketplaces
- Building a roadmap for the company’s opportunities related to marketplace presence
- Plan and manage assortment including product listings
- Manage inventory, fulfillment integration, and logistics workflows
- Tracking key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Owning and managing product master-data in our ERP system
- Assisting with general logistical tasks within the company’s supply chain

Appropriate backgrounds include:
- Marketplace Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing Amazon or Zalando, including product listing optimization, website updates and advertising.
- International Logistics Knowledge: Solid experience and understanding of logistics principles, including inventory management, warehousing, shipping, and order fulfillment processes.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to track key metrics and improve efficiency and drive sales.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and our 3PL warehouse.
